Biography
Noah Smith is a Massachusetts native who holds a BA in Drama from Vassar College and an MFA in Playwriting from Brandeis University.
In addition to his plays for adults and children, Noah has written material for "Weekend Update" on Saturday Night Live and co-hosted The Little Theatre Podcast with fellow Playscripts playwright Jack Neary. He has taught English and writing at Quinnipiac University, Simmons College, The City University of New York, Occidental College, and Widener University. He is the author of The Big Book of Batman, The Big Book of Superman, The Big Book of Super Hero Bedtime Stories and a co-author of The Official DC Super Hero Joke Book, all published by Downtown Bookworks.Noah lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Amanda Atkinson, and their four children.
