Biography
Jeff Lewonczyk is a writer, director, producer and performer who serves as Co-Artistic Director of Piper McKenzie (pipermckenzie.com) and Associate Director of Brooklyn's Brick Theater. As a playwright, his produced works include The Bubble of Solace, Bethlehem or Bust: How the Three Kings Teamed Up to Deliver the World's First Christmas Presents, Theater of the Arcade: Five Classic Video Games Adapted for the Stage, Craven Monkey and the Mountain of Fury, The Granduncle Quadrilogy: Tales from the Land of Ice, and Babylon Babylon, all of which were originally presented by Piper McKenzie at The Brick. A graduate of Bard College, he is married to his longtime partner and collaborator, Hope Cartelli.
